Training Search 

At SkillsDB, we believe it’s critical to link learning and training resources to skills and competencies, regardless of where all of this content lives—whether in any of your LMSs, Sharepoint, Google Drive, internal servers, external professional training programs, or even YouTube or other video platforms.  

This platform-agnostic approach has been a game-changer for our customers who want to give their employees one place to see every available training resource, linked directly to their skill gaps or career pathway.

Now, in addition to seeing training opportunities linked to profiles, users can also search across all training records based on keywords, training Labels, providers, cost, and connection to roles, career levels, and more.

User Suggested Training

In addition to Training Search, end users can now also recommend training they believe will be useful to others via SkillsDB. The new user-suggested training feature empowers your entire organization to contribute to the learning ecosystem. Here's how it works:

• Employees and managers can directly submit training resources they discover
• Submissions include key details like price, provider, location, and more
• Admins maintain quality control through a streamlined approval process
• Approved content automatically integrates with your skills framework in SkillsDB
• All resources become instantly searchable and can be added to any person's learning plan
